While ‘Last Name’ is a required field, if you are a bit shy or don’t want to reveal your ‘Last Name’/Surname for some reason then just put in a dummy one … such as “Asif” for example. That’s an old favourite we all used to use as a dummy surname back in the days of Newsgroups when the Internet was very young.
