Just 'discovered' Anne Reburn on Youtube
Lately I have been checking out some Youtube videos in relation to quantum physics and particle theory. Just for fun. Just to see what it is all about. You know …. finding out more about how the world hangs together.
For whatever reason Youtube threw up a video by Anne Reburn and, having become mildly bored with quantum videos at the time, I decided to check it out. Just as a three or four minute break in my quest to understand particles and such.
The song that I clicked on was “Dream a Little Dream of Me”. I liked Anne’s cover of it so much, I then spent at least two hours of my evening finding and listening to other covers by Anne.
Anne Reburn is one of many singing and music playing talents that put their work on Youtube hoping to attract a solid following and to thereby make an income. In some cases, if they become very popular, they can do much better than just an ‘income’.
While Anne does play a number of instruments including piano, 6 string guitar, bass guitar, and numerous percussion kits (but I have not seen her with a drum kit), her primary talent is singing. On many of her videos there appears a number iterations of Anne, or, as she and her fans call them, clones. With the assistance of these Anne clones she then does acapella treatments of songs.
Anne is on Twitter as @HearAnneRoar. You can find her on Youtube by just searching for Anne Redburn.
If you would like to support Anne with a bit of financial help then she has a Patreon page here.
