Font Humour

While I am no font-ologist I know my way around a few fonts. I spent hours generating my fair share of soft font files (a.k.a. font solids) back in the days that you had to pre-build font solids for use on laser printers. Anyone here remember when a single font pack for use on a laser printer would cost something like $500? And even then you only got a set number of predefined font sizes and weights—maybe five or six if you were lucky.

But this post is not about the technicalities of font design; it is about some font humour I found on the Web.

If you are not into fonts then you may not appreciate the following.
